I come here all the time , at this point these guys are practically like family and honestly have the kindest hearts. They speak to you very frankly about what your vehicle needs. They will never try to upsell you anything and the customer care here is honestly unmatched even on days when they are super busy . Every single customer is a priority here no matter how small or big your issue is. There is a reason why they have repeat clients and I’m so happy to be one of the ones that will continue coming back.

Be careful if you go there. Over the phone, they told me the replacement ignition coil and front brake would cost about $170 ($120 + $50). Then it suddenly became $300, and when I showed up, the price went up again to $400. This feels like a scam.

Star Auto Services is great! We had an issue with our brake and when we called in, they said they had a free brake inspection. We told them our issue and they took us in immediately with no appointment. I did call beforehand and they told us we could come whenever we could. Although we weren’t quite sure what the issue was, he said it’d be best to do a brake flush first just to see and that was the fix! It was done in a hour and was reasonably priced.

They will double charge you. Paid with zelle and owner stated that he never got it and force to pay with debit card. He also stated that they don't accept credit card for certain transaction which force customer to pay with zelle which is fraud. Removing nail from a tire caused me $75.00. Never got the invoice only verbal. And no sign stating zelle payment only for certain dollar amount.

Wahid worked a miracle to my car. Nobody could find the issue but him. I had electrical problem which was fixed during one business day. Amazing! Wahid is very thoughtful and definitely cares about the customers, he does whatever it takes to resolve a problem. I definitely would recommend this shop to anyone, including my friends and family. Thank you Wahid so so much for resolving my electrical issue in my Honda Accord. You the man. I'm happy I found your shop!
